Mymersal Account Deletion

Users can request deletion of their Mymersal account and associated personal data in the following ways:

Option 1 — Delete inside the Mymersal App (Recommended)

1. Open the Mymersal app

2. Go to Settings

3. Tap Delete Account

4. Confirm the deletion request

Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion by emailing:

Include the following information:

• Your Mymersal account email

• Subject line: Delete my account

Data deletion policy

When an account deletion request is processed:

• Your profile information is deleted

• Your photos are deleted

• Your messages are removed from active systems

Some minimal records may be retained temporarily for legal, fraud prevention, or security purposes.

All personal data is deleted within 30 days of the request.
