Community Conduct Rules

 

MERSAL – COMMUNITY GUIDELINES & SAFETY STANDARDS

Effective Date: December 2025

Mymersal is a respectful platform designed for meaningful connections and communication. Our goal is to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and respectful community for all users. By using Mersal, you agree to follow these Community Guidelines and Safety Standards.




1. Respect Others

Users must treat each other with respect and dignity at all times.

The following behavior is not allowed:

• Harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation
• Hate speech or discrimination based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
• Threats, coercion, blackmail, or attempts to manipulate other users
• Repeated unwanted contact after someone asks you to stop

Mymersal promotes respectful communication and positive interactions between users.


2. Be Authentic

Mymersal is built on trust and authenticity. Users must represent themselves honestly.

Users must not:

• Use fake photos or misleading profile information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Create accounts using someone else's identity
• Operate multiple accounts without authorization from Mymersal

Each account must belong to a single real person.


3. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from posting, sending, or requesting content that includes:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Nudity, pornography, or explicit sexual material
• Violent, extremist, or illegal content
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide
• Personal or sensitive information about others (doxxing)
• Content that violates local, national, or international laws

Mymersal reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.


4. Child Safety and Protection (CSAE Policy)

Mymersal has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

The following is strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Any content involving minors in sexual activity
• Sexual conversations involving minors
• Attempts to exploit, groom, or harm minors
• Sharing or requesting child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

Accounts found engaging in such activities will be immediately suspended and permanently banned.

Mymersal actively investigates reports related to child safety and cooperates with appropriate law enforcement authorities and child protection organizations when required by law.

Protecting children from abuse and exploitation is a top priority for Mymersal.


5. No Scams, Spam, or Solicitation

Mymersal prohibits financial scams and deceptive activity.

Users may not:

• Ask for money or financial assistance from other users
• Promote cryptocurrency schemes or investment scams
• Advertise products or services without permission
• Post affiliate links or promotional content
• Attempt to sell sexual services or arrange escorting
• Send repetitive spam or mass messages

Accounts involved in scams or fraudulent behavior will be permanently banned.


6. Consent and Personal Safety

Users must respect personal boundaries and consent.

Users must not:

• Pressure others to share personal information
• Demand off-platform contact information
• Harass users who decline communication

If users choose to meet someone in person, Mymersal recommends:

• Meeting in a public place
• Informing a trusted friend or family member
• Trusting personal instincts and leaving if uncomfortable

Mymersal cannot guarantee the behavior of users outside the platform.


7. Reporting and Blocking

Mymersal provides tools to help users stay safe.

Users can:

• Report inappropriate messages, profiles, or behavior
• Block users who make them uncomfortable
• Flag suspicious accounts for review by moderators

All reports are reviewed by the Mymersal moderation team.

If you believe someone is in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services.

8. Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Content removal
• Warning issued to the account holder
• Temporary feature restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account ban

Serious violations, especially those involving illegal activity or child safety, may be reported to law enforcement authorities.


9. Age Requirement

Mymersal is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.

Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be removed to protect the safety of young users.
