Welcome to Mymersal (“Mymersal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Mymersal is a subscription-based social and relationship communication application.

By accessing or using Mymersal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mymersal.
   
• By using the app, you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to do so under applicable U.S. law.
   

• You must provide accurate and truthful information.
   
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
   
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
   
• Impersonation or creation of fake accounts is prohibited.
   

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
   
• Share illegal, violent, hateful, or sexually explicit content
   
• Engage in scams, fraud, or financial solicitation
   
• Use the app for advertising or commercial purposes
   
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the app
   

• You retain ownership of the content you post.
   
• By posting content, you grant Mymersal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and distribute that content within the app.
   
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.
   

Mymersal offers a monthly auto-renewing subscription currently priced at $9.99 per month (subject to change).

By subscribing, you agree:

• Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.
   
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
   
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours prior to renewal.
   
• Subscription management and cancellation must be handled in your App Store / Google Play settings.
   
• Mymersal does not store or process payment information.
   

• You may cancel at any time through your app store account settings.
   
• Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
   
• No partial refunds for unused time.
   
• Refunds are governed solely by Apple App Store or Google Play policies.
   

• Mymersal does not conduct background checks on users.
   
• User interactions occur at your own risk.
   
• Mymersal is not responsible for offline meetings or user behavior.
   

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available.”
   
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
   
• We are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, user content, or user interactions.
   

We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms or Community Guidelines without prior notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the applicable state of operation.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
